Meet The Team!
Mr. Thai Nguyen is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Thydramach since December 2025.
Prior to founding Thydramach, Mr. Nguyen began his career in 2000 as a maintenance engineer at a tobacco manufacturing company in Vietnam. In 2005, he joined Takako Industries Inc., working in hydraulic systems production, design, and analysis, with an emphasis on product and process development for hydraulic components. In 2008, he founded V Love Mechanical, later renamed VietCa Mechanical, delivering machinery design, precision manufacturing, and hydraulic services to oil and gas, mining, and aerospace industries. After immigrating to Canada, he continued to operate the business successfully.
Mr. Nguyen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Engineering, Vietnam.

Jeremy Maynard, P.Eng.
Senior Consultant
Hao Dinh is the Senior Consultant of Thydramach.
Mr. Dinh began his career at Linamar Corporation, initially serving as a manufacturing technician before advancing to the role of project engineer, where he focused on project management and manufacturing process development for high-volume automotive production lines. While at Linamar, he successfully led efforts to scale manufacturing volume and lean initiatives. In 2023, Mr. Dinh transitioned into the defence industry as a Primary Manufacturing Engineer, managing a manufacturing portfolio generating $10 million in revenue, providing critical support to naval forces worldwide.
Mr. Dinh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing Engineering from McMaster University and a Master of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. He is a fully licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Business Development Manager
Mr. Jeremy Maynard has been the Business Development Manager of Thydramach since January 2026.
Prior to joining Thydramach, Jeremy began his career at Bombardier Aerospace in the Mechanical Systems team, where he supported the Dash 8 Q400 program with design improvements and airworthiness issues for the Hydraulic and Landing Gear systems. After four years in sustaining engineering, he shifted roles to the Landing Gear Systems team on the Global 7500 NPI team, where he primarily supported and drove the product from the initial Joint Concept Development Phase to successfully completing the Critical Design Review phase of the Landing Gear and Tire Pressure control systems. In 2015, he joined Curtiss-Wright INDAL Technologies as a Project Engineer and later in 2023 as a Program Manager for Repair and Overhaul, leading and growing an $8M per year business unit.
Mr. Maynard holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University. He is a fully licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in the Province of Ontario, Canada
